Made from the estate's youngest Pinot Noir vines, planted in 2018, plus some second-selection fruit from the other vineyards, Petit Sancaba is vinified in steel vats with 25% whole cluster grapes, then aged primarily in cement with a portion in used tonneaux. The 2024 is floral and inviting, with raspberry  and violet tones. In the mouth it's precise and fresh, with lovely balance and a lifted, vertical mouthful of fresh red fruits and spice. It finishes with a really delicious persistence of bright, saline cherry.
