As with Pino, Biserno 2014 was produced with a severe selection in the vineyards. Today, this is the Bolgheri vintage to drink due to its evolution. The nose here is attractive with notes of game, black olives, earthy tones and dried prunes. It's full of milk chocolate on the palate, which is creamy with a thick finish. It lacks the perfect tannin maturity at the end, yet it is not bitter or green. A refreshing wine displaying impressive drinkability.
