Very ripe fruits; hothouse blooms and meat stock with a farmyardy note. A little undefined, it’s a wine of contrasts – some may find the tannins challenging. The fruit is guarded, but there is fresh acidity. A far cry from opulence and unction (the Cabernet Franc component may be key). Organic.
