Fragrant notes of pink grapefruit, white peach and caper flower offer sweetness on the nose but the palate is dry and sapid. A grown up, classy rosé. On the slopes of Bagno Vignoni, famous for its therapeutic waters, the Sanoner family – owners of spa resort The Adler – purchased two hectares of vineyards above their property. In 2015, they brought in winemaker Giuseppe Basta, purchased more land and worked to achieve their biodynamic certification. All the wines tasted have a beautiful purity and precision; they are not overworked. This rosato exemplifies the approach of the estate: thoughtful and understated.
