Elio Ottin switched from selling grapes to bottling his own wines in 2007. Working with his son Nicolas, Ottin is now regarded as one of the top producers in Valle d’Aosta. This Pinot Noir is pristine, with scents of wild flowers, a beautiful glowing hue and a crystalline character on the palate. Red berry and cherry fruit dominates, with precise tannins and a tense, mineral finish. Perfect with local mountain cheeses and dried meats.
