A benchmark for Prosecco, the Adami family history goes back to 1920, and the company is famous for being one of the first in the region to produce single-vineyard wines. This col fondo/ sui lieviti is a gold-standard example of how great wines served with their yeast can be. Rich, savoury and complex, the biscuit and dried yeast notes make for delicious pairing opportunities.
