From a plot of vines in the Rive di Col San Martino, located at 230m above sea level, this wine rests on its lees for 120 days. giving it an extraordinary savoury, almost mushroomy attack with fine acidity and some mineral overtones. Soft, light pear fruit comes in with some baked and bruised apples and a tingle of white and black pepper. There's even a suggestion of yellow plum on the finish. A delicate, steely Prosecco to savour rather than drink with abandon, this has plenty of nuance and interest. 6.9g/L residual sugar.
