This 1992 is fully mature, contrasting enticing tertiary aromas of nougat and mushroom with still-vibrant stone fruits. It displays good concentration, fresh acidity and excellent balance between umami and fruit flavours, carrying a distinctive savoury character through to a long, saline, mouthwatering finish.
