Grapes grown there are turned into a joyful Valpolicella Superiore by Giovanni Ederle. Newly harvested rather than partially dried fruit allows the freshness and elegance of the local varieties to beacon out, here displaying deep notes of red and black cherries with flashes of lightly seasoned wood, black pepper, cinnamon and tobacco.
