Bright mid lemon. Ripe, waxy and honeyed fruit nose with hint of ginger. Some light herbaceousness but also plenty of the waxiness so typical of Soave. A whiff of residual sugar but still with fine crisp acidity and some minerality too. Impressive balance between developed juicy fruit flavours and emerging mineral notes.
