Made using whole bunches, the orange colour was extracted during two to three weeks on skins, seeds and stems. Fermented
in stainless steel tanks and barrel aged for six months, it’s light orange, with charming apricot, peach and plummy aromas. The
fruits are well balanced with vibrant acidity.One of the most successful orange Koshu wines.
