A blend of Vermentino, Chardonnay and the Maltese indigenous white grape Girgentina, light-hearted at just 10.5% abv. A lovely nose of grapefruit, mango purée, lemongrass and hints of blossom. A solid body despite the low alcohol, fresh and peachy with just a pinch of white pepper. Saline undertones and zesty lemon on the finish.
