Produced by one of Malta's biggest wine producers, with a history tracing back to 1907, it sits under Delicata's flagship Gran Cavalier range within the DOK Malta classification. Aged in 20% new French oak for 12 months, the wine, sourced from 20-year-old vines, exudes chocolate-coated cherry and dark plum on both the nose and palate. Juicy and seamless throughout, with a savoury character. Soft-boned tannins, with roasted coffee and elegant freshness leading to a dry finish. Pure and effortless.
