Malta

Crafted by one of the country's oldest and largest wine producers, Marsovin, with a history tracing back to 1919. Inspired by Amarone della Valpolicella, Prinus is a blend of the indigenous Gellewza (65%, from 30-year-old vines) and Shiraz. The Gellewza was sun-dried for 24 days to concentrate flavours. A pronounced aroma of sour dark berries opens to minty exotic herbs and tobacco leaves. Aged in American oak, it's ripe, succulent yet elegant, with black pepper notes coming through on a palate of dark plum, dark chocolate and bitter coffee. Creamy and rounded with fantastic freshness. A wine with loads of character.
