A 100% Vermentino made from fruit grown on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Aromatic, with floral white blossom, pear blossom and a citrus twist. Wonderful freshness and salinity on the zesty, bright palate, which also comes with some textural weight. The acidity provides drive, with a gentle pinch of spice on the finish – perfect for lightly seasoned seafood. Aged in stainless steel only.
