This is no exception, with a captivating bouquet and palate of flowers, accompanied by a minerality of clay and limestone, then white-fleshed fruits and citrus. Power on the palate comes more from the backbone of acidity than the varietal fruits which include apple, citrus, peach and lemon rind. A delicious and distinctive wine that will age well.
