A deceptively sophisticated wine, seeming at first joyfully pretty and open-knit; but the longer it sat in glass, the more comfortable and interesting it became. Very perfumed, with red cherries and milk chocolate, red plum, cinnamon and a touch of earth/graphite. A tight, sappy palate, gossamer fruit, fine, dry and nicely managed tannins. Has a refreshing, tonic-like quality. Very moreish. Organic.
