Very enjoyable, dry style, with a clean, crunchy character showing bright apple, pear and nectarine, lemon pith and lime curd plus gingerbread spice. Racy acidity and a pleasing texture that’s both saline and chalky all at once. Youthful and dry, with a satisfyingly clean finish, it’s still very tightly wound, suggesting more good things to come. A very well put-together wine and a very moreish one, too. Organically farmed, fermented with vineyard-derived yeasts.
