Rosé

A textural, sophisticated 100% Pinot Noir rosé with a richly aromatic nose of nectarine, strawberry, spice and orange peel. The palate is silky and fine textured with good fruit concentration, zippy acidity and a flowing, spicy finish. Made from some of the country’s oldest Pinot Noir vines, ungrafted and dry-grown on Waipara limestone soils, by a producer with a passion for rosé (they make five). 50% barrel-fermentation and six months of barrel ageing in six-year-old French oak.
