Greystone is a well-regarded, innovative North Canterbury producer. Its Pét Nat is fun and frothy, showing a fresh nose of peach and strawberry yogurt, a hint of almond skin and a slight citrus tang. The palate is similarly fresh and fruity, balanced with pithy acidity. It’s cheery and fun but there’s enough going on to keep your interest. The slightly bitter hoppiness on the finish gives an attractive moreish twist. Made from Riesling and Pinot Noir.
