From 100% fully botrytised fruit, this is only made when conditions are perfect – only six Encore vintages have been made in the past 30 years. Deep amber colour, then aromas of baked apple and maple syrup with overtones of barley sugar. The palate is lusciously sweet, absolutely concentrated, with an emollient richness that coats the mouth and fills the senses with flavours of dark honey, almond nougat and candied peach. Long, intense, fresh and sweet.
