A white, not a rosé as it doesn't spend any time on skins, but the pressing give a pale onion-skin hue. This second vintage – a step up from 2019 – shows layered musky apricot, jasmine, pear, melon and orange blossom characters, with crisp acidity and a smooth lemon parfait finish.
