A blend of fruit from Burn Cottage’s Lowburn home vineyard and Bannockburn vineyards, this is the first vintage bottled under screwcap. Bright, very fragrant nose, lots of red fruits and spice, lavender and cherry cola leads to a sappy vibrant palate, with good freshness and immediacy. Nice weight on the palate, the sweet fruit edges softened by savoury spiciness and fine-grain tannins. Long dry finish. This is the wine to enjoy while you tuck away the Single Vineyard bottlings.
