Fruit-driven but not fruity, there’s an enticing minerality here, alongside Nashi pear and citrus, white flowers and oyster shell. Fresh and lithe with a crunchy saline brightness on the palate, then a long and savoury, dry finish. Very silky and fine-textured, a great example of the elegance that can be achieved in Central Otago Chardonnay. Unfined and unfiltered.
