Made with just 5% of whole bunches, the palate is juicy and chock-full of aromatic red berry fruit and absolutely defined by brightest freshness. It is this acidity that underlines the fine tannins that come with the elasticity of spiderwebs. Made with such a light touch and allowed to show its true nature. Gorgeous, fragrant, perfumed and peppery.
