Fresh, bright, very youthful bouquet of flowers, cherries, plums, fresh blackberries, clove and vanilla oak. There's a natural smokiness from the soil and toastiness from the barrel. The flavours of anise and liquorice, dark plums and cassis, violets and cherries are long and strong, backed by firm tannins and plenty of acidity. Youthful but fabulous; pure, polished and seductive. A refined wine for the cellar to be enjoyed from 2030 onwards.
