Sourced from the acclaimed Two Terraces Vineyard in Hawke’s Bay, this vibrant wine immediately draws you in with juicy red fruits and savoury/spicy notes. The supple, harmonious palate has slightly darker brambly fruit and the same appealing spicy/savoury depth with an added mineral tang. Predominantly Gamay Noir with a tiny bit of Pinot Noir. Tawhiti incorporates Māoritanga across all aspects of production, including their beautiful labels by visual artist Raukura Turei, made from the vineyard clays, sands and ochre.
