Gimblett Gravels

Deep, dark and brooding example with layers of dark fruit, spices and a hint of eucalypt. Very clean and pure on the nose. Deep purple hue. Smooth, ripe and luxurious on the palate but with enough tannin and acidity to keep everything fresh. The acid balance is fair, but it has been slightly overdone. Complex and very enjoyable.
