Replete with fresh pear, apples, light honey, wax and camomile, this is a very fresh, though not overtly fruity style, as there’s a lovely chalky/herbal element that thrums along, too. Dry, citrussy, savoury, with good concentration and carry. Clean, bright-fruited finish. Very youthful and delicious now, with all the elements that suggest plenty of life ahead. Organically grown on the clay slopes of the Wrekin Vineyard in the Southern Valleys.
