Pure and fresh, showing aromas of lemon and lemongrass, white flowers and green apple. Honeysuckle and a natural white spice linked to the fruits add complexity and appeal. There is a touch of sweetness on the first sip and core fruit flavours of citrus, apple and apricot stone. The acid line offers contrast and mouthfeel, adds to the texture and length, but most prominent are the synergies from the lees and fruit, with acidity and floral highlights showing as the wine opens out in the glass. Fabulous length and complexity.
