Ripe and tropical, with apple, banana, passion fruit, peach, gingerbread and a touch of spearmint. A dry, creamy, ripe-fruited palate – lots of peach and nectarine – with seasoned oak influence adding some texture and weightiness to its rich fruitiness. Nicely defined acidity with a clean, slightly citrussy finish. Quite a generous style while keeping a nice line of acid and freshness.
