Not the usual Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, as it carries a touch of blush in colour – but very much Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, featuring gooseberry and green kiwi. Zingy acidity drives the palate, with a touch of ripe red cherry and hints of sweet spice adding complexity. Bright with a gentle touch of tannin, it finishes on pink grapefruit and a hint of warmth.
