When Nautilus planted Albariño vines in 2011, it was backing the right horse. This opens with saline hints of preserved lemon. More air adds almost tropical overtones of guava, ripe melon and juicy kiwi. The palate is slender but packed with flavour: more juicy melon, tangerine freshness and some welcome pithiness that adds texture, all rounded off with mouthwatering lemon. A real winner.
