Awatere Valley is the source of some of Marlborough's most elegant and classy Sauvignon Blancs, and this is a fine example, displaying juicy passionfruit and gooseberry, with a lively herbaceousness and some crunchy green pepper. Lovely purity and a juicy depth of flavour. Worth splashing out on.
