Brightly aromatic, with crushed wild raspberry, black cherry and plenty of floral, spice and herb notes. Very enticing. Elegant palate with ripe red berry compote. Flowing and silky, with a slightly sappy twist and nicely judged acidity and tannin. Good length. A smartly made wine with plenty of juicy immediate charm but the depth and balance to reward further time in bottle.
