This older release is ageing superbly. Fragrant nose with notes of forest floor and black olives; tangy cherry fruit with floral notes, a wonderfully savoury aspect. Still so fresh, with well-balanced acidity, that it’s almost deceptively light, yet this wine is so complex and very long.
