Fragrant and fresh like a summer’s day, befitting its name, which means ‘summer’ in the reo Māori. Delicate tropical and citrus notes, light-bodied with a very fine textured mousse, this is a lively Pet Nat with a creamy mid-palate and lemony/almond skin finish. Made under the Huntress label, this is a collaboration with Papawhakaritorito Trust/Matiti Collective and follows the sustainable and organic practices of the Hua Parakore organic certification system. The Riesling is sourced from the Grava Vineyard.
