In recent years the team at Pallister Estate have been working hard to convert to organic farming practices across their seven vineyards. For this wine, 70% of the fruit was taken from older vines from the estate’s Clouston Vineyard. The wine goes through a cool fermentation and has some post fermentation less stirring. Roger Jones: Delicate, floral and refined, with acacia honey and buttercups. Racy acidity and layers of complexity; a fresh and buoyant wine. Melanie Brown: Concentrated and pure. Lemon sherbet nose leads to a tasteful and pristine palate. Acid is lively and enticing. Rebecca Palmer: Clean, fresh and light, with lemon-lime aromas. It has a subtle, silky mouthfeel with some rose petal aromatics coming through. Medium length.
