A natural wine take on Zweigelt. The wine has seen six weeks of skin contact and undergone spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Funky and meaty, with dark spice and nut-infused red berries. Juicy purity on a mineral, inky palate, with plummy ripeness and a chalky tannic grip. Ample freshness carries through to a clean finish. The wine spent one year in used barrique, followed by an additional year in bottle.
