Natural wine producer Winnica Kosmos – referring both to the cosmos flowers planted to encourage insect activity and to the constellations – is located in Lubcza in the warmer south of Poland. The estate has cultivated 5ha of vineyards on south-facing slopes since 2019, with 2022 marking its first vintage. Hazy, with a juicy white peach perfume. Zesty citrus and poached peach on the palate, with gentle white spice. A fresh and easy-drinking pét-nat.
