Blackcurrant, blackberry, strawberry, dried fig, sweet fruit leather and spicy fruitcake, with cured leather, chocolate orange, baked earth and cassia bark inflections. A gravelly, touch bloody undertow lends minerality to the finish. Perfect to pair with chafana – slow cooked goat or lamb.
