Produced from the rare Fonte Cal grape variety (just 50ha are planted in Portugal), grown at altitude on granite. Fresh grassy citrus aromas have an edge of florality. The zesty palate has lots of natural acidity, with a vibrant citrus, salty and mineral character. Crisp and super fresh with a juicy finish of grapefruit, lemon and grapefruit pith. This would certainly appeal to lovers of Sauvignon Blanc.
