A new producer in the Justerini & Brooks portfolio for 2022, Textura launched in 2018, working with native Portguese varieties in two Dão subzones: Serra da Estrela and Castendo. This old vine field blend, including fruit from 60-year-old Encruzado vines, is the winery's top white. Very fresh and crisp, with a granitic, mineral character and notes of citrus, stone fruit, apples and nuts, plus a touch of salinity. Super finish: long and layered. Great!
