This pale straw white with green glints is sourced from Quinta do Sairrão at elevation. Whilst only 50% of the wine is aged and fermented in 500-litre French oak, with barely there (stone and citrus) fruit, the savoury elements – oak and lees – are still integrating and detract from the fresh, mineral profile. Still coming together, but has admirable freshness.
