Pale copper pink. Opulent florals, apple blossom and red berry aromas. Creamy texture from nine months on the lees, with softer notes of apple compote, pears, cinnamon and strawberries balancing the intensely austere, mineral red berries on the palate. With grapes grown at 650m, the crisp green apple acidity is exceptionally vibrant – to the point of being piercing. Nice fruit, with a hint of pretty floral complexity on the finish. Fruity, fresh, balanced, youthful and zesty summer drinking and extremely well made.
