Bright stone fruit, peach, apple and pear aromas. Crisp and dry, with a phenolic edge. Nutty oak, acorn-fed pig fat, and a touch of smoke make for a slinky palate with a richness to the fruit. Fruit is quite firm, with al dente apricot and pineapple. The oak buttressing is impactful but still shows the fruit. Well-structured.
