Developed colour and aroma with bruised apple notes, plenty of sappy freshness, and buttercup and chamomile following through. Tart and austere on the palate, with a touch of pith bitterness. Savoury, but with sweetness, wild fruits and a sense of dryness. Firm quince, dried flowers, mouthfeel on the finish, which lingers. Long and complex.
