Forget using this white Port as a cocktail mixer, it has all the weight and complexity of an aged Tawny. Tropical fruit and orange zest combine with spice, toffee and toasted nuts, balanced by a fine mineral line to finish. A great combination with blue cheese, nuts and dried fruits. A great alternative to red Ports, more akin to a Madeira with a little less acidity. Delicious!
