Blended and bottled by the Symington family for The Society's fine wine celebratory range this is a structured and intense vintage Port, reflecting both the character of 2011 and of the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior plots the fruit was sourced from. Earl Grey, bergamot, plum, blackberry and blueberry jam fill the mouth with fleshy richness, while white and black pepper lift it throughout aided by lively acid. Long finish with lingering sweet spices, dry Mediterranean herbs and a fragrant balsamic edge.
