Creamy shell salmon pink. Made from vines planted at over 600m. Intense, sweet, smoky, toasty oak on the nose with white waxy florals. On the palate oak is still evident, alongside lovely intense strawberry fruit and white peaches. Concentrated power without being fruity, with long, almost searing, acidity creating a fresh and vibrant mouthwatering bite. Stony minerality and just so much vibrant power that goes on and on.
